Jakarta – Kuala Lumpur

Jakarta is the capital of Indonesia and the largest city in the country. Jakarta’s uniqueness lies in its colonial past: until 1945 the city was called Batavia and belonged to the Netherlands. The mixture of Dutch colonial architecture and Austro-Asian style gives Jakarta an unusual look. In recent years, the Indonesian authorities have been building a new capital in Kalimantan, which has led to an exodus of population from Jakarta and reduced the pressure on its infrastructure.

The flight from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta with Malaysia Airlines lasts only 1 hour. During this time you will be provided with a small fruit aperitif and access to drinks on board.
